Hacettepe University, Center for Market Economics and Entrepreneurship (CMEE) has started its activities on 24th April 2003. The main purposes of CMEE are to study and research on the structure of the market economy in Turkey and seek to produce recommendations and solutions for the entrepreneurs who are the most important actors on the market. Center has also made efforts to integrate public sector institutions and bureaucrats with market economy. In this setting CMEE provide advisory services to public institutions and organize training programs for public employees.

CMEE is working in close collaboration with other institutions and organizations of those in accordance with its own aims and objectives. Joint training programs and organizes scientific meetings, carries out international projects. CMEE is open to all scientific cooperation in the base of market economy and entrepreneurship.
